By accessing and using MemoryMud's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on MemoryMud's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

MemoryMud offers handcrafted ceramic products. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All products are handmade, and slight variations may occur. Each piece is unique, and actual products may differ slightly from images shown.

When you place an order:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• You agree to promptly update your account and other information to keep it accurate
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be received before we process and ship your order

We will arrange for shipment of products to you. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from MemoryMud pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MemoryMud and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may not use our Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law
• To transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• To collect or track personal information of others
• To spam, phish, or engage in any fraudulent activity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

In no event shall MemoryMud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MemoryMud operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
